3. Cardamom Sand Kernel Lotus Leaf Drink
Ingredients: 3g white cardamom, 3g sand kernels, half lotus leaf.
Method: Wash the lotus leaves and chop them into small pieces. Put them in a clay pot with washed white cardamom and sand kernels, add 1000ml of water to boil, then switch to low heat and cook for 20 minutes. Clean the gauze and filter the juice. Serve separately in the morning and afternoon.

4. Coix seed, winter melon, duck meat soup

5. Lotus seed millet porridge
Ingredients: 100g of millet and 50g of lotus seeds.
How to do it: wash the millet, remove the core of the lotus seed, wash and mash it, and then put it into the pot with millet. Add some water. First boil it over high heat, then slowly boil it over low heat until Congee is ready. Add sugar to taste it and eat it.

6. White Peony Wheat Congee
