Laogong acupoint
Clench your fist and bend your fingers, with the middle finger naturally curved on the palm of your hand, between the second and third metacarpal bones, towards the third metacarpal bone, which is the Laogong acupoint.
Operation steps
1. Open your palm and place your thumb upright at the Laogong acupoint in the palm of your other hand. Place your index and middle fingers on the back of your hand, facing your thumb, and press them with corresponding force.
After pressing down with force, press towards the base of the middle finger and along the edge of the third metacarpal bone. There will be a strong sense of soreness, which radiates up and down to the middle finger. Use your left and right hands to alternate and knead 3-5 times a day.
Laogong is an acupoint on the Hand Jueyin Pericardium Meridian, which has the function of clearing the heart and calming the mind. Pressing Laogong can clear the heart fire, calm the mind, and relieve restlessness. When picking along the edge of the third metacarpal bone, there is not a vertical force, but a movement to pick towards the third metacarpal bone, with a radial force.

Zhongchong acupoint
Raise your palm, slightly bend your fingers, and place them in the center of the tip of your hand. The highest point at the end of your middle finger is the Zhongchong acupoint.
Operation steps
Before the first puncture, use methods such as pushing, kneading, squeezing, and stroking to cause local congestion in the Zhongchong acupoint, and then disinfect the acupoint with a 75% alcohol cotton ball.
Fix the stabbed area with one hand, and hold a blood collection needle with the other hand. Aim at the Zhongchong acupoint and quickly insert and remove the needle, squeeze out an appropriate amount of blood or mucus, and wipe with an alcohol cotton ball.
Zhongchong point is the acupoint of the hand jueyin pericardial meridian, which represents the heart and has the function of clearing the heart and calming the mind. The blood pricking operation is an invasive stimulus that can enhance the effect of clearing and purging heart fire, removing disturbance and calming the mind at the pericardial point.
Attention: The blood collection needle should be used for acupuncture, and the blood collection speed should be fast.
