Pinch the internal barrier
The Neiguan corresponds to the Waiguan, located in the middle of the inner side of the forearm and at the three horizontal fingers on the wrist and palmar side.
Stand up your thumb and hold onto the Neiguan acupoint, while placing your index finger on the corresponding position on the outer side of your forearm. Work together to strengthen the stimulation and improve symptoms such as chest tightness, nausea, and vomiting. Pinch and press for about 1 minute each time, relax for more than 10 seconds, and then repeat until the symptoms are relieved.
