Flavonoids from Erigeron breviscapus showed a decreasing trend in aortic blood flow and heart rate in rabbits, but had no significant effect on blood pressure. 2. Anticoagulant, antithrombotic, and promoting fibrinolytic activity: Dengzhanhua injection injected intravenously into rabbits resulted in a decrease in peripheral platelet count, decreased platelet aggregation function, prolonged partial thromboplastin time in white clay, while no significant change in prothrombin time was observed. The decrease in plasma fibrinogen, the decrease in the dissolution time of immunoglobulin, and the increase in serum fibrinogen degradation products suggest that Erigeron breviscapus has a promoting effect on fibrinolytic activity.
