The prescriptions disclosed here are the crystallization of clinical experience and clinically effective prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners across the country. Due to individual differences in condition and constitution, please take it under the guidance of a physician.Spleen deficiency refers to a series of pathological phenomena and symptoms of spleen physiological dysfunction caused by spleen qi deficiency. This includes syndrome types such as spleen qi deficiency, spleen yang deficiency, sinking of middle qi, and spleen failure to regulate blood. It is often caused by eating disorders, loss of exertion, or prolonged illness and physical weakness.
1. Spleen and stomach qi deficiency, lack of appetite. Add one coin of ginseng, two coins of Atractylodes macrocephala, one coin of Poria cocos, five parts of moxibustion licorice, three slices of ginger, and one jujube, add two cups of water, fry until one cup is reached, and take it warm before meals. This prescription is called "Sijunzi Tang" (note: the dosage of each medicine will not be discounted in this prescription).
2. Steaming heat in children (people with spleen deficiency are thin and do not think about diet). Take one or two white atractylodes macrocephala, one or two white poria cocos, one or two white peony herbs, half a liang licorice, and decoct with ginger and jujube. This square is called "Dili Jia San".
3. Spleen deficiency and bloating (disharmony in temperament, cold air in the middle, obstructed by Yong Sai). Grind two liang of Atractylodes macrocephala and four liang of orange peel together into powder, add wine and paste, and make meatballs, as big as wuzi. Take thirty pills per serving, before meals, and bring along the Muxiang soup. This square is called "Kuanzhong Maru".
4. Spleen deficiency and diarrhea. Using five coins of Atractylodes macrocephala and one or two peonies, grind them together into powder, add rice to make meatballs, which are as big as wuzi. Take fifty meatballs and send the rice soup. Take twice a day and simmer with nutmeg in the winter moon until the end. Another side: use half a liter of green sorghum rice and divine melody to cook Congee every day. Recipe: Use yellow female chicken to cook, stir fry, coat with salt and vinegar, cook and eat.
5. Spleen deficiency cold malaria (with more cold and less heat, not considering diet). Mix one or two pieces of sorghum ginger (stir fried in sesame oil) and dried ginger (in a cannon), and grind them together to form the final powder. Take five coins per serving, mix pig bile into a paste, and before the onset of the disease, mix it with hot wine. Another prescription: Add bile and pills to the medicine powder prepared above, take 40 pills each, and drink alcohol. Yefang: Gao Liang Jiang, Gan Jiang, half raw and half processed, each with half liang, Chuan Shan for four or three coins, jointly researched as the end. Take two coins per serving, and bring the pig kidney with boiled wine.
6. Spleen deficiency leads to white discharge (spleen and stomach deficiency leads to cold, cessation of water and qi, and coagulation into white mucus that flows out). Mix one or two pieces of sulfur and stir fry one part of flour, grind them together into powder, and paste them with water to make meatballs, as big as wuzi. Take fifty pills each and send the rice soup.
7. Spleen deficiency leads to diarrhea, which persists day and night. Use a pheasant, clean it, add orange peel, onion, pepper and other five flavors, make Wonton, and eat it hollow.
8. Spleen deficiency and slippery discharge. Using the example of a black bone hen, clean it thoroughly, put one or two cardamoms and two apples (for storage) into the chicken's belly, tie them together, cook until cooked, and eat them hollow.
