Formula 1: Boil 500g of aged vinegar in a clay pot, soak it in a towel, apply warm compress to the affected area, or clean and soak the affected area for 40-60 minutes each time, once in the afternoon and once in the evening. After applying hot compress, do some back and waist exercises or massage. Simultaneously press and wipe the bone spurs with your hands.
Therapeutic effect: Used for bone spurs in the lower back, it usually takes 2-3 months to take effect and about six months to heal.
Formula 2: Ingredients: 50 grams each of raw Sichuan black and raw grass black.
Treatment method: Grind Shangwei into extremely fine powder, put it into a gauze bag, suture it, and tie it to the painful area. Change it every other day.
Therapeutic effect: Excellent therapeutic effect, usually cured within a few months.
Formula 3: Soak black fungus in aged vinegar, take 6 grams each time, 3 times a day, with 20 days as one course of treatment. (Or: Ligusticum chuanxiong, finely ground powder, hot compress. After use, stir fry and apply, 3 times a day.)
Fang 4: 50g dried white snake, cut into pieces, 100g salvia miltiorrhiza, soaked in 2500ml Baijiu, sealed for 15 days, take 10-20ml before going to bed every night. (Suitable for joint pain).
Formula 5: 750 grams of mulberry (1000 grams of fresh), washed, soaked thoroughly, boiled with water, take the decoction once every hour, add water and boil again, for a total of 3 times. Merge again, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat until thick and sticky, add 300 grams of honey, refine until water drips into beads, take 1-2 spoons of hot water each time, 1-2 times a day. (Suitable for elderly people with insufficient qi and blood, waist and knee pain, etc.).
Formula 6: 30g of beef bone, 30g of dried mulberry wood, 20g of papaya, and 12g of Schisandra chinensis, finely ground together, mixed with aged vinegar and added with Vaseline, applied to the affected area once a day for 15 days as one course of treatment.
Fang VII: 12g red pepper, wash and drain, soak in 50ml Baijiu, seal for 15 days, take 15ml each, twice a day, and apply it externally. (Suitable for joint pain).
Formula 8: Shredded kelp, water chestnuts, peeled and sliced, 100g each, and 200g lean pork slices. Boil in water, season with sesame oil, and eat twice hot. (Also suitable for chronic lower back and leg pain).
Formula 9: Soak 50g of summer dry grass in 100g of vinegar for 2-4 hours, then boil for 15 minutes, smoke first and then wash the affected area for 20 minutes each time, 1-3 times a day, each dose can be used for 2 days.
Formula 10: Take 30g of raw licorice, papaya, astragalus, angelica, white beans, and Codonopsis pilosula, 50g of anti peony, 15g of Weilingxian, Acorus calamus, Atractylodes macrocephala, and Chuanxiong, 10g of cassia twig, Sichuan pepper, ephedra velvet, and Schisandra chinensis, and make honey pills. Take 1 pill (10g) each time, and pour yellow wine or boiling water twice a day.
Formula 11: One black chicken, clean and cut into pieces, put into a large porcelain bowl, add ginger slices, salt, yellow wine, and 400ml of water, cover well, steam until crispy, add monosodium glutamate and sesame oil, and take hot twice. (Also suitable for bone pain, cannot step on the ground)
Formula 12: A special folk remedy for treating bone hyperplasia: 50g of Achyranthes bidentata, 20g of safflower, 20g of frankincense, and 20g of Chuanxiong. Grind them into a fine powder and mix it with aged vinegar to make a paste. Apply it to the painful area 5 to 6 times, each time for 12 hours. If the medicine has not dried yet, the time can be extended. If the affected area itches or blisters later, stop taking the medication and use Qu Yan Song ointment to wipe the affected area. Generally, it can be cured 5-6 times.
Fang XIII: Take 150g of dog bones, smash and fry them, soak them in 500ml of Baijiu (above 50 degrees), rub the affected area with ginger dipped in wine three days later, three times a day (it is better to drink this wine at the same time), and it can be cured in half a month.
Formula 14: Use 6-9g of Chuanxiong powder, an appropriate amount of Shanxi aged vinegar, and a small amount of medicinal Vaseline. Mix the powdered medicine with Shanxi aged vinegar to make a paste, then mix in a small amount of medicinal Vaseline and mix well. Immediately apply the prepared ointment to the area of the patient's hyperplasia, cover it with a layer of plastic paper and then apply gauze. Use a wide adhesive tape to seal the gauze around the edges. Change dressing once every 2 days, with 10 changes per course of treatment
