[Ingredients] 300g radish chunks, 5g black tea, 250g shredded lamb and minced lamb, appropriate amounts of cooking wine, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, spicy oil, and minced garlic.
[Production method] Put radish pieces, black tea (wrapped in gauze), mutton shreds, and mutton offal into the pot, add water to boil with high heat, add cooking wine, simmer and boil mutton until it is cooked, add refined salt, monosodium glutamate, spicy oil, and garlic powder, and boil for 1-2 times. 02 Carrots
50 grams of almonds, stir fry over low heat until slightly dark yellow spots appear. One carrot, cook over high heat, preferably with a burnt yellow skin underneath. Be careful not to use open heat, and use the remaining gray heat after burning over an open flame to cook.
After preparing the above two items, mash them into a paste in a garlic mortar and apply it to the affected area with a larger coverage. Secure it with a bandage and change it every day and night until the bone hyperplasia is cured.

03 Tomato, Potato, Cow Tail Bone
Prepare 120 grams of oxtail, 2 tomatoes, 1 potato, 2 slices of ginger, as well as some white pepper and salt. The medicinal herbs to be prepared are 15 grams of Eucommia ulmoides and 18 grams of Chuanqi (the herbs need to be wrapped in cloth beforehand). 05 Bone Congee

[Practice] Wash the shin bone, boil it for 1 hour, remove the bone, add red dates and glutinous rice, cook it into porridge, and take it often.

06 Xiebai Congee
【 Composition 】 100g of glutinous rice, 50g of fresh Xiebai, 20g of scallion, appropriate amount of salt, 1200ml of cold water.
[Production Method]
1. Wash the fresh scallion and spring onion and cut them into thin strips for later use.
2. Wash the glutinous rice, soak it in cold water until it swells, remove it and put it in a pot. Add about 1200 milliliters of cold water and boil it over high heat.
3. Put the shredded Allium macrostemon and the shredded scallion into the Congee pot, turn the heat down and slowly cook until the rice is rotten and Congee is thick. Season with salt.
【 Effect 】 Relieve meridians and activate collaterals, strengthen muscles and bones. Suitable for patients with rheumatism, pain, deficiency, thirst, spleen weakness, stagnation, swelling, soreness and weakness of the waist and knees.
07 Red Bean Donkey Meat Soup
【 Composition 】 30g adzuki beans, 300g donkey meat, 10g cooking wine, 3g ginger, 10g scallions, 3g salt, 3g chicken essence, 30g chicken oil, 3g pepper powder, 2800ml cold water.
[Production Method]
1. Remove the sediment from the red beans and wash them thoroughly; Wash the donkey meat and cut it into 3cm square pieces; Cut ginger slices and scallions into sections.
2. Put adzuki beans, donkey meat, ginger, scallions, and cooking wine together in a stew pot, add 2800 milliliters of water, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for 43 minutes. Add salt, chicken essence, chicken oil, and pepper to make it ready.
