The name of this acupoint refers to the collection and introduction of cold descending qi from the heavenly body, which flows into the Sanjiao meridian. This acupoint is the highest point in the meridians of the Sanjiao Meridian. There is no qi or blood flow from the Sanjiao Meridian to this acupoint, and the qi and blood in this acupoint are empty. The cold and damp water vapor scattered outside the Foot Sun Bladder Meridian is mixed with the damp water vapor scattered outside the Foot Shao Yang Gallbladder Meridian, and thus flows into this acupoint.
