01 Codonopsis pilosula and Atractylodes macrocephala soup
【 Ingredients 】 15 grams each of Codonopsis pilosula, Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos, Coix seed, Psoraleae, and cuttlefish bone, 10 grams each of Morinda officinalis and Euryale, and 6 grams of roasted licorice

03 Wolf Venom Plantago Soup

07 Egg Purslane Soup
【 Ingredients 】 3 eggs (egg white), 60g fresh purslane.

08 White Alum Snake Bed Formula
【 Ingredients 】 3 grams of alum, 6 grams of snake bed seeds, and an appropriate amount of vinegar.

10 crucian carp and coix seed soup
[Ingredients] 1 carp, 30g coix seed, 16g ginger.
[Preparation] Wash crucian carp and ginger; Stir fry Coix seed, wash it, add some water, boil it in the fire, simmer it for about 2 hours, and season it.
[Usage] Serve with meals.

11 Yimuchuan and other soups for treating cervical friction
