The substance of this acupoint is the yang hot air transmitted from Guangming acupoint. After reaching this acupoint, the yang hot air has a weak and slow momentum, absorbs heat and cools down. The spleen soil dust that rises with the yang hot air disperses outside the gallbladder meridian, hence the name.
