The bladder originates from Zhiyin. "This acupoint is the last point of the Foot Sun Meridian. Clinical compatibility
Zhiyin acupoint combined with Taichong acupoint and Baihui acupoint is used to treat headaches.
Excessive dampness and heat can easily cause yellow, foul smelling urine, frequent urination, urgency, and painful urination. Press to remove heat and point to the Yin acupoint, which can be done from 15:00 to 17:00. This is when the bladder meridian is most active. Use your thumb to press this area and hold it for 1-2 minutes, then switch to the other foot twice a day.
