Sanquan acupoint is a group of Dong's unique acupoints. Sanquan acupoint is located on the path of the Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian, which is the foot of the Fourteen Meridians. It is called Xiaquan acupoint, which is 2.5 inches above the midpoint of the outer side of the knee joint. The Zhongquan acupoint is 2 inches above it, and the Shangquan acupoint is 2 inches above it. The specific method of selecting acupoints is as follows: first, find the popliteal and buttock horizontal stripes, with a distance of 14 inches between them. Take their midpoint and draw a horizontal line from this point. The intersection with the path of the gallbladder meridian is Fengshi acupoint. The point 0.5 inches below Fengshi acupoint is Shangquan acupoint, 2 inches below it is Zhongquan acupoint, and 2 inches below Zhongquan acupoint is Xiaquan acupoint.

Clinical Application
（1） Facial paralysis can be treated by local bloodletting. The combination of Sanquan acupoint and Sanchong acupoint with Mudoumuliu can also effectively treat trigeminal neuralgia, mouth deviation, and eye deviation.
（2） Shoulder periarthritis can be treated with bloodletting at the site of the disease, and then treated with this acupoint and the three shoulder acupoints
（3） The combination of Sanquan acupoint, Sanchong acupoint, Sancha acupoint, and wrist Shun acupoint can treat heavy hearing, and some are effective.
Tip: When selecting acupoints for Zusanquan, most of them are taken from the opposite side. For left side diseases, the right side is selected, and for right side diseases, the left side is selected.
