Pulmonary nodules refer to focal circular dense shadows of various sizes, with clear or blurred edges and a diameter of less than or equal to 3cm on lung imaging. Pulmonary nodules are distributed all over the world. The incidence rate of lung nodules in Europe and the United States is relatively high, and it is rare in Eastern nations. Most of them are 20-40 years old, and women are slightly more than men. After COVID-19, there were many people suffering from pulmonary nodules. The Chinese expert group formulated this consensus and discussed the nodules with diameters>8mm, diameters<8mm and different densities (solid nodules and non solid nodules). The reason for setting the boundary value of nodule diameter as 8mm is that those with a diameter less than 8mm have a relatively low possibility of developing malignant tumors in a short period of time, or have a longer tumor doubling time, making it difficult to accurately determine at present. The tea I'm sharing today was created by my mentor Dr. Wang Sumei. During her physical examination after the epidemic, she found 2-3 nodules in her lungs, ranging from 6-7MM in size to 2-3MM in size. After a period of self adjustment, when she checked again a few days ago, the nodules had disappeared. Dr. Wang loves it very much and would like to share it today to benefit more people.

【 Health benefits 】
Xiaojie tea has the effects of clearing the lungs and resolving phlegm, clearing heat and detoxifying, warming the lungs and relieving external heat. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that pulmonary nodules are often caused by phlegm heat accumulation, qi stagnation and blood stasis, and weak lung qi, resulting in phlegm turbidity. So the treatment should mainly focus on resolving phlegm and turbidity, softening hardness and dispersing nodules, resolving phlegm and unblocking collaterals. The key to treating illness lies in persistence. Only by persevering can we achieve the goal of health and fitness.
