50g chicken, 25g pork belly, 50g duck, 25g goose, 30g turtle, 25g pork belly, 100g pork ribs (pork chops), 50g pork elbow, 10g peanut kernels (raw), 5g winter bamboo shoots, and 10g jujube (dried).
