1. Ingredients: 50g cinnamon, 100g Evodia rutaecarpa, 150g ginger, 50g scallions, 80g Sichuan peppercorns.
Effect: It can relieve lower back pain, kidney deficiency, and leg paint weakness.
Usage: Wrap with sandpaper and boil in water for 10 minutes, wait for the water temperature to drop to around 40 ℃, soak in a steam foot bath for 30 minutes, once a day.
2. Ingredients: 40g Wu Zhu Zhu, appropriate amount of rice vinegar (white vinegar).

Usage: Wrap the medicinal herbs in gauze, boil in water for 50 minutes, pour into a foot bath bucket, wait for the temperature to drop to around 40 ℃, soak the feet for half an hour, once a day.
5. Ingredients: 15g Cinnamomum cassia, 15g Silver Flower, Red Flower
Effect: Moisturize the skin, improve skin cracking
Usage: Boil the three herbs in water, pour them into a foot bath, adjust the temperature to around 40 ℃, soak the feet for 30 minutes, once a day.
6. Materials: 15g Codonopsis pilosula, 20 Astragalus membranaceus, Atractylodes macrocephala
Effect: Tonifying the middle and nourishing qi
Usage: Boil the three herbs in water, add them to a foot bath, adjust the temperature to around 40 ℃, soak the feet for 30 minutes, once a day.
03 Precautions for soaking feet
1. After soaking your feet, don't go to bed immediately. Rub the soles of your feet while they are hot, wear socks in a timely manner to keep warm, and wait until the body's heat gradually decreases before falling asleep for the best effect.
2. Older people should soak their feet for a shorter period of time because soaking for too long can easily cause symptoms such as sweating and palpitations. Therefore, it is recommended for the elderly to soak their feet for 20 minutes before going to bed every day.
3. The best time to soak feet is before going to bed and one hour after a meal, which can prevent blood from flowing down and affecting the digestion of food.
