01 Baiguo is a dried and mature seed of Ginkgo biloba, usually harvested in autumn, steamed or boiled slightly, and dried for later use. Its taste is sweet, bitter, astringent, and its nature is mild; Toxic, belongs to the lung meridian.

Common prescriptions: for treating asthma and excessive phlegm: 3 yuan for Pinellia ternata, 3 yuan for Ephedra sinica, 3 yuan for Camellia sinensis, 3 yuan for Mulberry Peel, 3 yuan for Licorice, 21 white fruits, 1.5 yuan for Scutellaria baicalensis, 1.5 yuan for Almonds, 2 yuan for Su Zi, and 1 yuan for Yumi Shell. Treating vaginal discharge: Boil two bowls of black bean decoction in water, 10 white fruits, 20 jujubes. After frying, add 30g of cooked rehmannia, 12g of hawthorn, 12g of Job's tears, 12g of Chinese yam, 9g of Poria cocos, 6g of Alisma and Paeonia lactiflora, add 400ml of water, and fry to 320ml before taking twice.
Treating rosacea and tinea capitis: Mash fresh white fruits, mix them into a creamy paste, and apply it to the affected area.
03 Common Tonic Diet: 1. Stewed duck with ginkgo: nourishing yin and stomach, and can cure frequent urination and enuresis. Take 200g of white fruit and 1 old duck. Remove the shell from the white fruit and put it in a pot. Cook over high heat, remove the skin and remove the heart. Blanch in hot water and set aside for later use. Cut the old duck into pieces, blanch it in boiling water, and put it in a pot with white fruit. Add ginger slices, scallions, and a small piece of tangerine peel.
