Effect: Nourish qi and invigorate spleen, relieve dampness and diarrhea
Indications: Spleen and stomach qi deficiency
Usage: Boil in water and take orally

Fang Jie
Ginseng in the formula greatly replenishes the qi of the spleen and stomach, while Atractylodes macrocephala and Poria cocos invigorate the spleen and promote dampness. They are all medicinal herbs.
Yam and lotus seed meat can not only invigorate the spleen, but also have the function of astringent intestines and stopping diarrhea. These two medicines can invigorate the spleen and nourish qi, while also thickening the intestines.
White beans invigorate the spleen and dispel dampness, coix seed invigorates the spleen and seeps dampness, two medicines invigorate the spleen and aid in transportation, and seeps dampness to stop diarrhea. The four medicines together make up the main medicine.
The fragrant aroma of sand kernels awakens the spleen, promotes qi circulation and stomach function, not only aiding in dehumidification but also facilitating the flow of qi.
Platycodon grandiflorum opens up lung qi, promotes the circulation of water channels, and can carry medicine upwards to benefit lung qi, thus achieving the skill of cultivating soil and generating gold.
Licorice can strengthen the spleen and is moderate in nature. It can be used as a common medicine. The combination of various medicines can invigorate qi and invigorate spleen, promote dampness and stop diarrhea.
In the season of the end of summer, when the temperament is in control and the lung qi is not yet reached, dampness and evil are the way. In addition to using the above formulas to nourish qi and invigorate the spleen, it is also important to pay attention to diet and try to avoid or eat less raw cucumbers, watermelons, raw vegetables, frozen beer, iced milk tea, ice cream and other cold and damp foods.
In addition, everyone can also jog every morning (between 7 and 9 o'clock, during the main time of the stomach meridian) to improve heart and lung vitality, which is beneficial for adjusting the body's mental state.
The Chushu solar term is approaching, and there is a large temperature difference between morning and evening. Dampness and evil have not yet disappeared. Everyone should pay attention to keeping warm and cold, dispelling dampness and protecting the spleen, thereby improving lung function and ensuring the reduction of lung diseases in late autumn.
