It is plain, unadorned, and brightly visible, hence the name 'Four Whites'. Also, because the acupoint is located under the eyes, the eyes can see all things. This acupoint is mainly used for treating dizziness, redness, itching, and blurred vision. Acupuncture can make the vision bright and radiant, hence the name Si Bai.

Clinical Application
1: The combination of Sibai acupoint, Pupil Liao, Yifeng, and Cheek Car is used to treat trigeminal neuralgia (second branch).
2: Si Bai is paired with Yang Bai, Di Cang, Feng Chi, and He Gu to treat facial paralysis.
3: The combination of Si Bai, Tai Chong, Jing Ming, and Feng Long is effective in treating eyelid movement, eye shadow, and glaucoma.
4: Four whites combined with Yang Bai, Pupil Liao, and Zanzhu are used to treat incomplete eyelid closure.
