Guiding method
Guiding actually means pushing the meridians and opening up the meridians that are not connected.
Because the meridians that guide the human body include the Eight Extraordinary Meridians, such as the Ren and Du meridians, which are one of the Eight Extraordinary Meridians. Other meridians include the Belt Meridian, Chong Meridian, Yin Qiao, Yang Qiao, Yin Wei, and Yang Wei, which are the Eight Extraordinary Meridians. There are also twelve meridians, namely the three yin and three yang meridians of the hand and the three yin and three yang meridians of the foot. If these meridians are unobstructed, the human body will not be sick. If they are not unobstructed, blockage or insufficient qi and blood can easily lead to illness.
Generally speaking, most children's illnesses are caused by blockages. Therefore, by opening up these meridians through guided movements and breathing techniques, limb diseases can be cured. Generally, guidance is mostly used to treat limb diseases with good results. In addition, some diseases such as gastrointestinal and cardiac diseases can also achieve good therapeutic effects through effective guidance methods.
There are many methods of guidance nowadays, such as children's martial arts classes. The basic skills of children's martial arts classes are basically guided movements, opening up the meridians of the whole body and opening up the meridians of the whole body. For example, the first technique is leg pressing, why does martial arts require leg pressing first? Because first, we need to open the Three Yin Meridians of the feet, which are the Spleen Meridian, Liver Meridian, and Kidney Meridian. Once these three meridians are opened, the energy of the whole body will be activated.
Another thing is standing on a stake, allowing the body's turbid energy to rise and clear, which is very good for the body. Like the famous martial artist Wu Tunan in our country, who was weak and sickly when he was young, his family sent him to learn Yang's Tai Chi. After studying for a year, his body began to strengthen and all his illnesses were cured. He used this method to treat his illness. But it doesn't mean that learning dance or martial arts can open up meridians.
a martial art
All those who design traditional martial arts are knowledgeable in medical theory. So those movements, like many cloud hands in Tai Chi and the six seals and four closures, either stretch and regulate qi or nourish the lung meridian, are very good for the body. There is also the action of pressing the legs, which basically opens the San Yin Jing and the Foot San Yin Jing. In this way, the whole leg will be hot and unobstructed, and the body will be better.
The methods of traditional martial arts place great emphasis on qi. It is to use the mind in conjunction with the body to unblock the meridians through qi and blood after reaching consciousness. So, the muscles and bones pulled out by practicing martial arts actually have enough flexibility and thickness anatomically, that is, they are both elastic and thick, which is this muscle. What we call tendons is like these ligament tissues, which are all considered tendons and very tough.
There are some unreasonable ways of stretching, many of which are caused by sweating on the top of his head and biting his teeth, which is a type of injury that can easily lead to Achilles tendon strain over time. The more comfortable the meridians of the human body are, the more they stretch. The method of martial arts is not to press your legs while biting your teeth and frowning, but to slowly relax your qi and blood after they become unobstructed. This is nourishment.
That kind of forceful pulling is not nourishing, it is a kind of injury, and the circulation of qi and blood cannot pass through. It just forcibly elongates this tendon, which has no elasticity. So a popular saying now is that one inch longer tendons can extend lifespan by ten years, which was also told to me by a Tai Chi teacher before. The softer and more stretched a person's muscles are, the longer they can live by an inch, which can extend their lifespan by ten years. This is guidance.
yoga
And another sport - yoga, is very good. Yoga movements combined with breathing can help unblock meridians.
But there are some yoga movements, and the coach will pose some special shapes, which are very strange. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, those shapes are just to close some meridians, which are not connected and are not good for the body. When practicing yoga, it is important to stretch, especially the Three Yin Sutras, which connect the hands and palms together. Then the three Yin meridians of the feet, which connect the inner and posterior sides from the sole of the foot upwards, need to be regularly opened up. After these areas are opened up, the body will generally be very good.
High temperature yoga is also a great exercise method, but it should not be done frequently, just like saunas where you cannot steam regularly. Especially for people with insufficient lung qi and heart pulse, when they go to a sauna or under high temperature conditions, the sweat pores will open. According to traditional Chinese medicine, sweat and blood are of the same origin. If too much sweat is produced, the heart and blood will be insufficient, which can easily lead to problems. There are also some people who are already physically weak and not strong, and when exposed to high temperatures, their qi and blood can easily recede. Regularly taking a sauna is not good for the body, especially in winter, as it can damage qi.
foot massage
Why do children rarely do foot massages? Because before the age of 12, the human body is a pure yang body, and all meridians are unobstructed. The muscles and bones of children are soft, but as people age, they become harder and harder. This is the biggest difference between children and the elderly.
The so-called softness means that the meridians are unobstructed, while hardness means that the meridians are not unobstructed. Soft means smooth meridians and good circulation of qi and blood. Another accompanying symptom of hardness is cold and coldness. Therefore, as people age, their legs age first, and they age from under their feet. And the soles of a child's feet are always red.
Many children like to take off their shoes and walk barefoot on the ground. It depends on the child's physical condition. Some children have particularly strong bodies, red faces, and dry stools, and can walk barefoot on the ground.
But those yellow, thin, and physically weak children are not suitable for stepping on the floor barefoot. Because the Yongquan acupoint in the soles of the feet is connected to the Kidney Meridian, children with weak constitutions who step on the floor with their bare feet may experience cold air from the soles of their feet, which can lead to kidney qi coldness and frequent urination. Some children may even experience bedwetting at night. Therefore, keeping feet warm is important for both adults and children's health.
So some grandparents watch their children go out and have to put socks on them.
